City State Zip Populated Searches

Team Interactive,
I would like to implement a "popluated" function for searches CITY, STATE, ZIP. When i select a state I would like it to be able to list every city in that state for someone to search by. I would also like if someone put in a Zip code it would return that zip that matches the property search plus brings back other listing in a certain zip code radius. Or when someone puts in a City that it will pull that city plus all cities around that city as well. ( Thinking Metro Area. Example Cincinnati, Ohio is a Metro area but the area has tons of cities in the Cincinnati Metro Area) Thoughts,.

I think you might be able to get the metro searching going but it will be quite complicated to setup and likely involve extra work to maintain as you add more cities and listings. We would need to talk about it in more detail before I know exactly what the options are going to be. Could you send me an email to consulting@interactivetools.com and we'll go over it all there.
How comfortable are you with working directly in SQL and PHP?
The zip radius will not be something CMS Builder can handle though.
