cms builder - editing error .. sometimes only

Was at a client's today and tried to make some changes to specific records/pages on their site as a part of their training.... first change went just fine, second change (and all thereafter) the changes didn't take/show up when pressing the Save button. Then I tried from my computer at home and the first time I tried to make a change it didn't work again, yet I tried again and I DID work.
Any ideas of what might be going on here?

Very odd. I haven't heard of anyone else experiencing that.
The best thing to do is send in a support request so we can take a look:

Be sure to include any details that will help us recreate the issue when testing: browser used, specific article or section it occurs in if applicable etc.
