Private Label Demo

Hi All,

I like to private label your software for my clients. However I'm being frustrated in my attempts to sell the CMS Builder by clients who want to try it out before they buy it. It occurs to me if there were a way to either include you demo in a page skinned to look like our site or by some other means such as a Private Label demo that I think would do the trick.

Thank you

Re: [ddhservices] Private Label Demo

Why not purchase CMS Builder and use it as a private label demo on your site, if you haven't sold it within 90 days get a refund. You can always maintain one installation and then when you have a sale you can simply purchase a new licence to white label. Just a thought.

Hi John,

Another thing you might try is just printing out some screenshots of the program and showing those to the client or making them available on your website.

If you're not already using it we have some free marketing copy you can use for your website here:

Hope that helps!

And now when a client finally wants to buy one of these, my demo is not operating. Couple of weeks back or so I got the vs 1.28 upgrade, had our php/mysql guru install it and poof it not longer works as you can see here ... http://cmsdemo.ddandhservices.com/

I need to get this operating soonest does anyone have helpful suggestions?

Doesnt look to me as though you have an index file for a start which is probably why you are getting a folder list, for security purposes I would advise creating an index.html page to prevent folder listing or have folder listing turned off by your hosting company.

First thing I would do is republish your files in case they have become corrupted. did you test the site yourself after the "Guru" had finished? if so and assuming it was working, has anyone added any content? this sort of information may help someone diagnose the issue, I suspect the more info the better, there is nothing worse than waiting for 24 hours to receive a response only for it to be a request for more info.

I am using the instant realty version myself so cannot be certain but it looks to me as though you do not have any data folder in their or other folders which I would expect to see.

Could be me being overly suspicious but have you upset your "Guru" try comparing any backup you have of the folders with the actual content on the site as I suspect that files are missing in your install.

I am no expert, just finding my feet, but hopefully this will help until someone more knowledgable can take a look.

Best of luck.

Hi John

Thanks for posting!

I am not entirely sure why that is happening but if you sent me FTP details and a link to your post through consulting@interactivetools.com, I can take a closer look.

Thanks!
