I am not 100% clear on something in the upgrade instructions...

when I see this "/data/*.*"... what should I upload?

- the entire folder overwriting the old folder?

- or just the contents of the folder, overwriting anything with the same name?

Hi jdancisin,

First, make sure you download a backup of your CMS folder and files.

Next, make sure you have the latest upgrade (v1.20)

Then, yes, that means the /data/ folder and all the files within it. Upload them and overwrite your old versions.

The default settings file is named settings.dat.php.default so they won't overwrite your existing settings file.

Hope that helps, let me know if you need anything else.

Ok, that didn't quite work. At first everything seemed somewhat ok. My sections weren't showing up in the main menu bar, but they were showing up in the section editor. But then when I clicked on them I got a message about "schema". But now nothing is working and I am getting a message that says:

Do you run this website?

We were unable to connect to the database, possibly because:

1. Your database settings are incorrect (check in /data/settings.dat.php)
2. Your database server is down or overloaded (check with your host)
