two client issues using CMS

Hello. I have a client who is having 2 recurring issues over and over.

1) she is having trouble uploading images, and I am not when I try. I said it was her internet connection perhaps. Any other ideas?

2) from her: > I am still fighting with text. I went to Microsoft word like you told me. Typed in what I wanted, pasted it into the editor and it came up another color, font and misaligned. When I tweaked it to get it where I wanted it and saved it, it comes up on the actual site in a
much smaller font and misaligned.

Any ideas or some kind of "help doc" I can send her to assist. She does keep asking for a "help document".
