Thanks for posting!

Based on what you've outlined here, it really does seem like either product will work for you. If there are any other specific requirements for each of these sites I'd be happy to look at that and let you know what might work best and at this point it seems like you could really use either product.

Because of this, I'd recommend giving CMS Builder a try as you start working on these sites. You'll be able to create the PHP pages you'll need on this site in Dreamweaver and then can add CMS Builder's viewer code into those pages.
