Try setting the pageNum option to 1 for the menu code only.

Hi Dave,
There is an error message in fullscreen (editor_plugin.js) with insert/edit image.
Can't find field 'mce_fullscreen' in table 'mytable'!
How to correct ?

Great find! That one took me a while to track down. It will be fixed in the next version (v1.08).
To fix it now, replace the attached file: lib/menus/default/edit_functions.js
