change order of uploads

Currently in the editor, when adding a new image or document (I use separate upload columns for images and pdf's) the new content is put at the bottom of the list. I would be great is we could add a new item to the top instead so we don't need to drag it all the way up. This would ideally be an option when defining the upload field in the Database editor.

I do have a plugin I created to sort the list alphabetically on demand. I will clean it up and make it available.
