Website Membership: invalid username or password

I can't get any username/password combination to log in. I've stripped all code out except generated code, and still nothing.
Signups work and post, but nothing will log in. Any ideas?

Hi Celuch,
Do you/your hosting service use a CDN, or have any kind of caching feature on your site? We've had similar issues before with CDN's caching pages and not updating them after a user has logged in.
Another common issue is rules added to the site .htaccess file that were causing the cookie that stores that the user is logged in to be deleted every time the page refreshes. Do you have a custom .htaccess file for your site?
