Hello,
I want to be sure before making any changes.

I want to change my database password. To do so

  1. I go to my host and change it etc.
  2. I go to cms admin but cannot see where to change it.

OK I can go to my connections dir and change it there but cannot remember did I create the connections folder etc or was it the cms.

lol I just want to be confident were I to change the db password that I dont break everything I have done so far.

Would be as always be very grateful for all input.

Cheers

Kenny

Hi Kenny,

The password is in the data/settings.dat.php file.

Don't forget to keep a record of the original password just in case.

Hope that helps.

Best,
