When I create a sinlge record section, every user has access to the same section. Isn't there a way to have a single record section on a per user basis?

I want an "about us" page for each registered user. So this would be a single record section. But when I log in with different user names, every user modifies the same "about us" page. This is not relay the way its ment to be? Or am I seeing something wrong?

Cheers
Guido

Hi Guido,

If I understand your question, you could instead create a multi-record editor, and in the user accounts section assign rights by section and restrict the about us access to "Author".

That way only the "author" of a record will be able to edit that record.

If you are creating all the records yourself, you can still change the "CreadeBy' entry at the top and assign the record to any 'Author"

Hope that helps.
