Record not found issue.

I have a bilingual site set up using the membership plugin (works great btw) but I am having a small problem.

If I am on the English accounts page and I switch to the french version I get a white screen with an error message saying "Record not found" but if I go to another page in the English version and then go to the French version and click on the accounts link (mon compt) I don't get the error.

I think that I will have to give you the username and password to login if you want to replicate this error. This doesn't happen on any other page when I switch languages but only the actual account page. I would imagine it is some sort of validation issue or something. Should I go to second tier for something like this?

Hi Dan,

Sure, you can send in a 2nd Level support request and we can take a quick look. If you can give an example of the steps you're going through that results in this issues, it will help speed things along.
