Issue when Change Site Location

I created the site on a temporary domain and when I activated the regular domain all the file uploads do not work now. Why?
I get the following error on the regular domain
Not Found
The requested URL /hockey/cmsAdmin/uploads/Tyke_Schedule_2008_2009.pdf was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8i DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.stratfordrotaryhockey.com Port 80

Do you have the same upload path on both server and did you copy the upload files over?
