Hidden field doesn't seem to work

I am using CMSB 2.65 on a client website. I created a multi editor and added a "hidden" field. When I check the hidden field, it still displays.

Not sure what is going on!

P.S. That was stupid on my part... I was looking at the wrong page. So ignore my comments above!
