Geocoder Map Markers matching up with listings

Hi.

I want to create numbers or letters inside the markers on the map and have these correspond directly to the number of the listing, just the way Google Maps does.

So if I search by postal code 90210 and 5 results pull up, the map would show 5 bubbles with A, B, C, D, E inside and the listings next to the map would be.
A. Joes Pizza
B. City Pizza
C. Chicken Pizza
D. Lori's Pizza
E. Bob's Pizza

Hi,

Yes, this can be done, but is not something currently supported in the sample code. It does require the google map to be customized. If you'd like more information on how to work with the Google Map API (we're currently using version 3), here is a link to their documentation:
