Geo Coder Not working

For some reason I can't get the geocoder to work.

I have my fields setup as the following

address, city, state, zip

If you need more details. Please provide me with an email address to submit the info to.

Hi,

Do you encounter an error when trying to geocode a table? Have you set up your latitude and longitude fields? What version of CMS Builder/Geocoder are you using?
