Fatal Error after changing hosting

I have recently switched hosting accounts, and transferred CMSB from one host to the next. One transfer was successful the other was not. I have checked to make sure that the settings in settings.dat.php are correct.

I cant get past this error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function displayAlerts() in /home/content/r/4/c/r4ci2009/html/cmsAdmin/lib/menus/header.php on line 117

Any help you can give me with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi ConradTTG,

You must have an older version as we've renamed that function. Do you know which version it is?

Try re-uploading the /lib/ folder from the zip for the version you have. Either a file didn't get fully uploaded or some of the files are out of sync (from different versions).

Hope that helps!

Hey Dave,

I have version 1.23

I would have tried to reupload from the zip but I paid for the install, and never got the .zip. The other version I am running is version 1.20.

Is it possible for me to somehow get the.zip?

Thanks,

Hi ConradTTG,

If you're running 1.23 you probably just need to replace the header.php file.

You can download the latest zip (1.23) from here:
http://www.interactivetools.com/upgrade/

If you can't find your product ID it will be in /cmsAdmin/data/settings.dat.php. And if you've already paid just put 0 for the upgrade donation amount.

Hope that helps!
