Create PDF 1.01 crashing out Plugins section of CMSB Admin panel

IT,
I just d/l and unzipped the new version of PDF Creator (1.01). Upon install it crashes out the plugins section in the CMSB admin panel. See snapshot attached.

What I initially did to try to resolve:
1) deleted plugin from files on server
2) deleted plugin from my pc
3) went back to IT www.interactivetools.com and downloaded plugin again, in case first download was corrupted
4) unzipped and uploaded new plugin to server
5) logged in as admin and clicked "plugins" and got same crash.
6) deleted new plugin from server.

HELP!!

Hi Terry,

It's because you were running a 2.06 beta release that didn't have all the functions of the final release. I updated /lib/plugin_functions.php and it's working now.
