Cookie Error at User Accounts

I recently just upgraded to the most recent version and I get this error when going to user accounts. Is there a fix?

setPrefixedCookie: Can't set cookie, headers already sent! Output started in /home/watd959/public_html/cmsAdmin/lib/menus/header.php line 12.

Hi InfamousNugz,

Check if you have an old directory left over from a previous version here: cmsAdmin/lib/menus/accounts/

If you do, remove it and let me know if the problem continues.
