Can I do this with CMS Builder?

I have an existing site that I'd like to use CMS Builder with. The live site is here:
http://www.dreammakerslandscapinginc.com

I need to allow client editing of the following items:
1) Page text
2) Photo gallery without captions
3) Photo gallery with captions

I think number one and two will be straightforward. However, I have two questions:

- Will CMSB allow me to add and display editable captions to photos?
- Will CMSB do auto-resizing of thumbnails?

I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask for this info. If it is, I would appreciate a nudge in the right direction.

Thanks!

Hi ncasares, welcome to the CMS Builder forum!

Yes, you can do all those things.

CMS Builder lets you add and modify photo captions and it can automatically create a thumbnail for uploaded images. It will also resize oversized uploads if needed as well.

Hope that helps, let me know if you need anything else.

Any chance you can point me to a screen shot of what a gallery interface would look like on the client side?

Here's one from the CMS Builder product page:

You see where it says "Photo", that box will expand as you add photos and display the title and caption below the filename if those are setup.

So you'd probably want to create an editor with fields for "Category Name", and "Uploads". I don't think you'd need any other fields.

Hope that helps, let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks for the detailed info Dave! This is just what I needed to move forward with this.

I'm looking forward to trying CMSB - I've been looking for a quick CMS with the right features for some time now.
