CMS Builder errors...

Hi Dave-

My client is using a section editor with 2 upload fields. The first allows the selection and upload of only 1 CSV file...The second allows unlimited PDF files to be selected and uploaded...After my client browses (selects) the first 10 PDFs and clicks "upload", he is returned to the main screen for the record he's working with (the screen with Save/Cancel at the bottom)...If he now wants to upload more PDF files, and clicks "Add or Upload File(s)" again, the following error occurs:

The XML page cannot be displayed.[/#ff0000]

Invalid at the top level of the document[/#ff0000]

Error processing resource[/#ff0000]

http://www.ebscerts.com/cmsAdmin/admin.php?menu=csv_pdf_bulk_uploads[/#ff0000]

He then has to click on the grayed-out background to get rid of the error message, click Save to save the record, and then Create another record to upload more PDFs, and thus get around the error...He'll have to do this 4 times if he needs to upload 40 PDFs...

The weird thing is I don't get this error when I go thru the same process on my machine...The error I get is: Notice: Undefined variable: uploadsRemaining in /var/www/vhosts/ebscerts.com/httpdocs/cmsAdmin/lib/menus/default/uploadForm_functions.php on line 10[/#ff0000]

which I recall you said was fixed in the last update which I haven't downloaded yet...(But in spite of the error I get, I am still able to proceed in uploading more than 10 PDFs...

Any ideas as to what's happening with my client's error???

Thanks, Rick

Rick,

Do you know what browser they are using?

Try upgrading to 1.23 (if you haven't already), if that doesn't fix it feel free to email me CMS and FTP login details to dave@interactivetools.com and I can take a look. Email, don't post login details to the forum.

Thanks! :)
