Auto Backup Not working

By gversion - December 19, 2013

Hello,

Since 23rd November 2013, the Auto Backup plugin has not been emailing me database dumps.

My hosting company has told me that around this time cPanel updated PHP on my server automatically and that may have caused the following error message to be displayed when the Auto Backup script runs:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function addAction() in /home/website/public_html/cmsAdmin/plugins/autoBackup/autoBackup.php on line 27

Could someone please suggest how to get this working again?

Thank you,

Greg

Hi Greg,

We will need to take a closer look to find out what is causing the error.

Can you send in a Support Request with the site details:
