I thought Sitegrinder was simply a means of converting Photoshop images into web pages. In that sense you're perhaps asking the wrong question because I don't think you'd actually use Sitegrinder "with" CMSB.
Once you have some HTML to work with I guess there should be no reason why you could not use CMSB to develop a more expansive site...
