I am needing to do the same thing.
I have 2 CMS installations with different URL and database.
I need to call records from both on a single page.

There is no straightforward way you can share an install of CMS Builder over multiple domains. If you send an e-mail to consulting@interactivetools.com we can look into creating something custom for you.
