Hi All,

We've just released CMSB v2.60.

The major new feature are:

  • Up to 150x speed improvements on mysql queries with built in support for custom columns types and column indexes
  • OR searches in the CMS and all viewers, you can now show results that match ("one thing" OR "another"), not just exact matches
  • Upgraded libraries: jQuery 1.11.0, jQuery UI 1.10.4, tinyMCE 3.5.10
  • Lots of bug fixes and minor enhancements

To see the full list of changes, please visit the CMS Builder changelog:

Hi All,

For users running v2.60 only (released Feb 13th):

We've released v2.61 to address a potential security vulnerability that was introduced in v2.60.  We recommend all users running v2.60 immediately upgrade to this version.  Here's how:

  • Standard Upgrade: You can download v2.61 here and upgrade as usual: https://www.interactivetools.com/order/download.php
  • Update Changed Files Only: If you are already running v2.60 you can also just upload the 2 files attached to this thread in: cmsbuilder_260_to_261_patched_files.zip

Feel free to contact me with any questions at dave@interactivetools.com and/or fill out our upgrade form if you'd like a free upgrade (v2.60 installs only): http://www.interactivetools.com/support/installation_form.php

For all over users running v2.53 or earlier:

You don't need to upgrade, but you can get the latest version here: http://www.interactivetools.com/upgrade/

Let me know any questions, thanks!
