The browser kept chucking an error saying tinyMCE could not be found and saying there was an error in the js file.
re-install was kinda sketchy so I backed out and started resetting file permissions to what was on the old server.
That didn't work so I grabbed the entire directory of the 3rdparty/tinyMCE folder off the old server and overwrote what was on the new server.
that worked.
Thank God.
This was starting to piss me off.
