New Install Error - GoDaddy

Hi,

This is really strange since I've installed CMS Builder on several GoDaddy accounts without an issue. Did they say why they wouldn't install the extension? This isn't a problem that you should have to fix yourself and you shouldn't have to move to a dedicated server (although they may suggest that). If you have CMS Builder installed on other GoDaddy accounts, then at least have the extension installed on some servers. I'd suggest contacting them again to see if you get a person more willing to help. Ultimately, this extension needs to be installed in order for CMS Builder to run.

Let us know what their response is and if you need any further help.

Thanks,

thanks for the response....I did find out that PHP4x was installed. I changed to PHP5x, and that seems to have done the trick. Not sure why they could not have just told me that?????
