iphone : checkbox and image upload

Hi Guys, 

For the next release: I've added "jpeg" to the default list of allowed file extensions used by the default schema and new fields (for devices that use that).

Next, on my iPhone 6 (IOS 9.1) I've confirm I can upload to the latest Alpha CMSB from both Chrome and Safari.  Both upload as "image.jpg" when I take a photo from the Camera.

If there's an another issue can you provide short, simple steps to reproduce and I'll check it out ASAP?  Thanks!
