geocoder issue with recalculating

The capturing your location is just code freely available.  Send me your email and I'll get you something to look at.  tim at toledoh dot com dot au

The jquery stuff was free also, but I'm not sure of the details or how complex it was.

I'm not a coder either.  itools does all that I can't do.
