Uploading videos Can't Post

In my latest project my customer will be uploading quit a bit of information in the format of photos, documents (like .pdf, .doc, etc.) and videos. I've created a section editor with the upload fields for all of these items. The upload of photos and documents is working great. However, when I test the upload of a video I get the error message "No matching uploads were found!" I am not sure what that is telling me. I've checked the file types. I tried uploading a .wmv file, and it is allowed in the list of file extensions. I have removed the limit on file size, etc. I can't figure out what I am missing or what this error message is telling me I need to fix.

Thanks.

Hi furcat

Thanks for posting!

That's definitely odd. If you are getting the "No Matching Uploads were found!" message, the videos are most likely not uploading.

My first thought is maybe they are quite large and the server is timing out. Perhaps you could send through a full support required so we can take a closer look for you. Here's a link for that:

Thanks!

Videos are a constant challenge for us and I'd be interested in finding out more about how this issue was resolved. Could we please hear the cause of the issue and the correction?

Many thanks,
J.
