Yea, I get that too. I assumed it was something with the forum software.. Or maybe the way we installed it. I was thinking about using htmlarea as the wysiwyg editor in future to try and get around those problems.

Sometimes, when the wysiwyg editor comes up, I don't even get an edit field and all the buttons are scrunched up into a 30x30 box in the upper right hand corner of where the editor should be. Weird, weird stuff. I don't know if that's just IE acting up or what, it only happens once and a while.

no one has ever complained about this, but i have been getting this since i joined the forum. i can not tell why and exactly whne it happens, but mostly after uploading an attachment .. so i just switch to basic editor. Cool

Dave,

This is a known bug with GForum/IE.

Just so everyone doesn't pull their hair out!Tongue

Brian

PS: I should mention that the "GO to newest post" feature of GForum is not working here as it was prior. THis is where when you go to a thread it will jump you to the newest post that you have not read within that specific thread.

I say we go with htmlArea. It kind of makes sense. :-)

Hi Dave,

I have not seen one as of yet but I am sure that Jason is on it as we speak.

The other error I mentioned is isolated here.
