Hey guys, I have been an ITools customer for a while now and love your products. Are there any plans for a helpdesk/trouble ticket system in the future? A web interface that would allow registered users to submit tickets based on categories, with notes and some other helpful info would be great. Possibly a backend that would allow administrators to review the tickets would be essential. I think anything that you guys would come up with would be great. Let me know if anything like this is in the plans and I'll pre-order! I'd be more than glad to beta test too! Thanks for your time, Frank

Hi Frank Thanks for posting and welcome to the board! We actually just started using a new ticketing system ourselves so we can see all the neat little features that would be cool if we did our own one. I'll throw this idea onto our product request board so the devs can have a think on it. I of course don't know what will happen with this but it's on there so we'll have to wait and see.
