1. Page Publisher Special - Save over $700 on 10 packs (ends May 23rd)
Page Publisher Special - Save over $700 on 10 packs (ends May 23rd) The Article Manager 10-pack special went over so well that customers asked if we could do something similar for Page Publisher. Your wish is my command! :)

For one week only you can save huge when purchasing a Page Publisher 10-pack. If you were looking to buy in bulk, now's the time. When purchasing 10 or more you get each license of Page Publisher for only $79.49 (Reg. $149.99)! For a 10-pack, you're saving over $700 off the regular price.

As always, this price includes all the goodies: lifetime license, free support, and our 90-day, "no questions asked" money back guarantee.

People often tell us that they want to buy a 10 pack but they're not totally sure if their projects are going to come through. Even if you're not sure you need them, you can buy now and refund some or all of them later. :)

If you would like to place an order or have any questions, give us a call (toll free 1-800-752-0455), send an email, or even post in the forum. We're always here to help you out! :)
2. Article Manager for only $39.95?! Subscriptions Now Available.
Article Manager for only $39.95?! Subscriptions Now Available. You now have the option to subscribe to Article Manager. Instead of paying the full price of $349.97 for a license you can now subscribe instead for just $39.95 a month.

An Article Manager subscription lets you minimize your up-front costs. If you have price sensitive clients or would like to get up-and-running on a minimum budget, an Article Manager subscription is your best option.

To make it even easier to get started, your subscription includes free installation, a $19.95 value.

If Article Manager's full price was holding you back from having your very own article driven site, price is no longer an excuse, you can get started now for an initial payment of only $39.95.

3. Improve Your Customer Service With eSupport.
Improve Your Customer Service With Esupport. We're now offering you the option to purchase eSupport, a Support Ticketing solution, through our website. Kayako's eSupport makes it easy to manage all of your customer's emails, maintaining a full history of each. Your sales, support, or customer service team will always know exactly what a customer's situation is at a glance. With a full history your customers can also come to expect even more personal service. You'll know what went wrong, when, how, and why.

We like eSupport so much that we use it as our own support ticketing system. It's so easy to learn that you'll be up and running in no time. In fact, newly-hired Jake (who you'll read about later) was able to learn the ins-and-outs of the system in less than 5 minutes. With eSupport you can create an account for each of your staff, prepare canned responses, automatically tag each support ticket with a unique ID, eSupport will organize all of your customer emails for you and more.

Whether you're a web developer following up on sales leads, a hosting provider with a handful of customers, or run any kind of online business, eSupport will improve the service you offer and make the experience of doing business with you even better.

If you're ready to get started you have two options to choose from, a Monthly Hosted Option and an Owned License.

eSupport Monthly Hosted: $29.95/month
Hosted on Kayako's Managed Servers, this includes a free Instant Setup. You also have the option to terminate your agreement at any point of time. All you have to do is choose a sub-domain (company.helpserve.com). Each Hosted Application comes with 500MB of Disk Space and 10GB Transfer Limit.

eSupport Owned: $299.95
An owned license never expires, it's yours for life. It also includes 90 days of free support and upgrades as well as our unconditional 90-day money back guarantee.
4. Introducing Jake - New Team Member
Introducing Jake - New Team Member I'd like to welcome and introduce you to the newest member of the interactivetools team, Jake Swanson. Jake's currently going through our trial by fire: the intense interactivetools training program. Aside from 3-4 weeks of dodging mine fields, hand grenades, and shrapnel, he'll be learning each of our products from top-to-bottom... to top again.

Way back in '95 Jake had already created his very first Geocities website, so he's a seasoned HTML vet. In his spare time he plays bass guitar, and with three guitarists in the office we should soon have our very own band. I'm hoping we play hard rock/metal, but unfortnately for me rumour has it that Mike and Jake are already thinking of a Britney Spears cover band. :)

Anyhow... if you send an email any time soon, you might be lucky enough to get one of his first replies (someday, those might be collector's items). He's new, so go easy on him! Also, feel free to make him feel welcome by emailing him at jake@interactivetools.com.

Editor's Note: Okay, the Britney cover band isn't true, but what better way to poke fun at your co-workers then through the company newsletter. (Ahhh, the perks of writing the newsletter.) ;)

About Customer Support

"At first I thought, what have I gotten myself into? However I LOVE doing this, it's very easy to use, and your customer support is the BEST! THANK YOU :)"

"I just wanted to share with all of you people who are WYSIWYG developers that are stuck in that box like I am and not all that bright when it comes to manipulating code and whatnot that the support this company provides is INCREDIBLE! Not only are they patient, they have dealt with me on equal footing... in other words, they have not made me feel like the idiot that I sometimes feel like when it comes to integrating third party code into my WYSIWYG designs. Thanks guys! Your service level alone is worth the price of the software! Looking forward to doing more business with you!"

"I am taking this opportunity to write to you, to thank you for your support during the implementation of Article Manager into my business. The first thing I would like to congratulate you on is the level of communication AFTER the sale. Your team went the extra mile with me and made the process painless. Even allowing for the time difference between Canada and Australia, your support and communication never faltered. This is the fist time I have ever experienced "after sales attention" better than pre-sales attention.. I am sure that your company will prosper and I wish you well. I would especially like to say a big thankyou to Chet, who made my 'Newbie' experience a pleasure."
Terry Farrell

Priority Consulting & Complete Website Bundles Quotes

"Writing you a quick note to say THANK YOU in all caps! I have been working with your company on various projects for 2 years and over that period, I have always heard a smile when speaking with everyone and anyone at your company on the phone and always read a smile in the emails. No matter how small or large the question, there is nothing but upbeat, happy to helpful responses. That means so much and has secured my business with your company. This doesn't even touch on the extensive knowledge that your people have to support your products. I have hired Priority Consulting a few times now and the response and quality of the work never meets, it always exceeds expectations. We will continue to do business with your company!

Thank you for all you do!"

"As a web designer, I find it hard some times to learn every web technology that is out there and still keep up with client's demands. Ever since I found Interactive Tools, I could now concentrate on the design of my client's websites and let Interactive Tools handle the back end for me.... My last project (http://www.guardianselect.com) was a very challenging project and the client wanted a lot of new feature added to this site, which I was not sure about how to incorporate those features into the website.

Since I had a very positive experience with Interactive Tools in the past with other projects, I once again turned to Interactive Tools' Priority Consulting. This time I had the pleasure to work with Mike Briggs, he understood what I was trying to accomplish. Mike took the bull by its horns and was able to help me get everything done on time. I will also add that even after we had exhausted our priority consulting hours, Mike went beyond to help me with this website. Once we wrapped up the project, I found a script that I wanted to integrate into our site, I asked Mike if he could take a look at it for me. Mike took extra time to look at the script, in addition he was able to figure it out and get it working on our website.

In conclusion Interactive Tools is a true partner with a dedicated staff that gets the job done with excellent professionalism and at an affordable price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that find themselves in the same situation as me. You guys rock....."
Libis R. Bueno

"Interactive Tools, I was a skeptic when I purchased your complete package, and although we are only a few days into my project, I am a true believer now. Your staff is friendly, responsive, timely, and really know their stuff. Your complete article manager package was worth every penny, and to be honest, you should probably charge double (very happy you don't!!!!)

Thanks for all your hard work."

Page Publisher Quotes

"I consistently use Page Publisher as the preferred CMS solution for my clients. Its simple, effective, and a fabulous solution for a reasonable cost. What I like the best (unlike open source solutions) is that I can fit the CMS into my design, instead of having to make my website fit into a template. Did I mention phenomenal support and that they stand behind their product!"

6. Developer Resources
Developer Resources Damon found this great resource that I wanted to share with you.
sIFR (or Scalable Inman Flash Replacement)
A small group of web developers and designers have been hard at work perfecting a method to insert rich typography (in other words fancy text) into web pages without sacrificing accessibility, search engine friendliness, or markup semantics. One extremely popular use for this is creating crisp headlines using the coolest fonts, all without having to create a new image every time. This can all be done using a combination of javascript, CSS, and Flash. Send me an email with YOUR favourite resources - I might be able to feature them in a future newsletter.
