Upload problem for everything but webp and pdf in latest release

I apologize for the delay in responding to this - I've been researching this issue but haven't been able to find any clear leads about what might be causing the error. My suspicion is that it may be related to your server's configuration rather than the CMS. I have a few questions that might help narrow things down:

• Do you have any other CMSB sites using the same webhost? If yes, do they have the same issue, or are they able to upload PNG and JPEG files?
• At what point does this error show up? Is it while uploading the file, trying to view it, during output, etc?
