CMS builder installation error

I have just installed the latest version of CMS builder onto new hosting and have setup a new database but I am getting this error:
Notice: MySQL Error: Table 'hawkesdo_cms.cmsb__accesslist' doesn't exist - in schema_functions.php on line 37 by getMySqlColsAndType() in /home/hawkesdo/public_html/cmsb/lib/common.php on line 278

Hi MercerDesign,
It sounds like this is a brand new install and not an upgrade, is that correct? Can you double check to make sure that the file "/cmsb/data/schema/_accesslist.ini.php" exists and has been uploaded correctly?
Let me know if the file is there and you're still getting the error, and I can try to look for other solutions.
