Hi Paul,

I have a few questions that will help me troubleshoot this issue:

  1. What version of PHP was the server upgraded from?
  2. What version of CMSB is your client using?
  3. Can you relay any errors being shown in the browser developer console? (To see this: navigate to a page with a missing WYSIWYG editor, press F12, click the "Console" tab, and then reload the page)
  4. After checking the browser console, can you check the Developer Log page (under Admin Menu in CMSB) and relay any error messages that show up there?

Thanks,

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for the response.

PHP was upgraded from v5.4, CMSB 3.13 is installed which was installed after the PHP upgrade.

The following errors are listed in the developer console:

SyntaxError: expected property name, got '{'[Learn More] admin.php:578:4 SyntaxError: expected property name, got '{'[Learn More] admin.php:656:4

There are no recent messages in the CMSB developer log.

Hope this helps!

Thanks, Paul.

Hi Paul,

Those error messages give me a general idea of what could be going on, but unfortunately, they don't point to any definitive solution, and so will require a closer look to properly debug. Could you send an email to support@interactivetools.com with the site's FTP connection details and CMS admin login?

Thanks,

Daniel
