Security Error: No _CSRFToken exists in session. Try reloading previous page

I have had to move a site to a new ftp area on the hosting but it is on the same hosting with the same domain, so I need to change all the urls in the general settings but when I do that I get this error message: Security Error: No _CSRFToken exists in session. Try reloading previous page. How can I change all the settings because eventually the test area of the site will be deleted and the site will have to use the new position, and all the cms files are in the new area too.

Hi,

What version of CMS Builder are you using?

Are you trying to change the Program URL in the CMS Builder admin?

That should work but if not, trying logging in with a different browser or editing the settings file directly:
/cmsb/data/setting.dat.php

Try clearing the browser cache:
http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

And deleting cookies for the site:
http://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/how-to-delete-cookies-in-chrome-firefox-safari-and-ie/
