I've my website membership up and running.

And now I'm trying to figure it out how can I insert or use the same data on another script I've in order to have just one registration/login system on my website. Any ideas?

I'll insert the same information and I want CMSBuilder to be the one in charge.

Thanks for pointing me to the right direction.

Hi Jesus,

Not sure if what you are after is even possible depending on how the other script saves and retrieves user data (username/password).

What are the other scripts you are wanting to work with?

Hi Damon,

I'm working with GTLinks (Gossamer Threads). They also use MySQL on the backend.

Thanks!

As previously mention,

I want CMSB to be in charge of my membership system. I need to insert the same 3 values I use on my CMSB into my other script table (Full name into a field named: Name, Username into a field named: Username and Password into a field named: Password)

Both systems use the same cookie so I'm thinking the login will work for both systems (as I just want to have the same value inserted on both tables) am I thinking properly for this?

I also need to know how and where do I need to put the proper insert code for my other table on my CMSBuilder registration page.

Thanks!

Hi Jesus,

I'm not sure how both systems could be using the same cookie right now.

Email our consulting department (consulting@interactivetools.com) with the login details for both and we can look at options and a quote.

It may make more sense in terms of time and cost to recreate the GT Links features using CMS Builder directly.
