CMSB V2.65 mail functions

Anyone know which CMSB php files handles the mail functions for CMSB V2.65? 

Something wrong and all the CMSB mail functions are not working. I've uploaded various PHP scripts to test the server and everything checks out fine when running these php mail scripts, so I'm starting to think there's an issue with my installation of CMSB.

Under "General Settings" I have the following assigned:

How to send mail  Use PHP's built-in mail() function (default)

Nothing I've tried works.
