Hi,

Is Company X entered into CMS Builder as a record in a multi-record Section Editor in CMS Builder?

If this is the setup, then you can create a dropdown list of Company Names (pulled in from the Company Section Editor) in the Updates Section Editor. Once you have added a Company name to an Updates record, you can then filter the Updates records on the front end of the site to only display Update records that match the company.

Let me know if this sounds like it will work for you and I can provide more details about the steps.

Also, can you reply with the URL to an example company page so I take a look?

Thanks!

Cheers,

The companies are not listed in cms builder, just their Update pages...

Heres one of the static pages we're trying to get the Summary on:

This is the CMS "Update" page we're trying to include on the static page:

Hi,

If you are trying to include and run PHP on an .htm page, you will need to have that file extension enabled to run PHP.

Here is a link with details:

You can also check with your host.

Next, to add a specific record to a page, use the Code Generator for a Detail page. Then for "Which Record" choose "Custom: Load record # and enter the record number (see example image).

You can now add any of the publish code needed.

Last step is you can assign that specific record to a user in CMS Builder and limit them to only 1 record so they can login and modify that one when they want to make updates.

Let me know if you have any questions about this.
