I purchased this plug in for unlimited license a while back.. now Its no longer showing in my Interactive Tools account and the version i have downloaded is not working.

I purchased this plug in for unlimited license a while back.. now Its no longer showing in my Interactive Tools account and the version i have downloaded is not working.
