Hi Amy

I believe this is the kind of thing that should be handled in the PHP of a viewer file, using some simple if-else logic. I'm afraid it's not built in at all.

Can you give me an example of what you're trying to do? I might be able to give you a quick code snippet you can use elsewhere.

Hi Claire,

Thanks for getting back to me. We can set up some alternate content (if no records, then load this) in the PHP file, but were wondering if there was a way to keep the client from deleting all records in an editor. Both ways have their pluses and minuses, but we were curious to see if it was an option as it might save us some work in certain situations. Thanks for offering to help!

Hi Amy

Sorry, no, it's not an option right now. I'm sure we could add it if it were requested as a consulting job, so if you ever decide that it's necessary, go ahead and email us at consulting@interactivetools.com.

Good luck!
