Hey Claire,

To be honest - I really don't know how it ties in, but the search engine was built using the multisearch.php file Dave provided a few years ago. You can see the original post here: http://www.interactivetools.com/forum/forum-posts.php?postNum=2191229#post2191229

Hi Zicky

Apologies, I thought this was a custom function. Are you getting any errors, or does the code just not work? I think I have a solution for you, just want to check.

Sounds about right.

I had a chat with Dave, and basically I don't think you can use the additional where parameter with this particular function. The solution, though it probably isn't ideal, is to use separate getRecords calls for each table you want to search, all using the same where parameter as set by the code I gave you earlier.

Sorry I don't have a better answer :(

Thanks for the feedback Claire. I've got a support ticket for a quote placed... so I may just pay InteractiveTools to build what ever I need to accomplish this.
