twitter list ID's - do u know how to get them?

I'm trying to subscribe and list out some social feeds through cmsb.
Anyway, this is off topic but I need the ID for the above twitter list. When googling, I only see how to retrieve it through coding.
If anyone here happens to know how to get that ID, I would appreciate letting me know.
