Populating a list field from another section

Hello! I searched the forum and the cookbook but I have not been able to resolve this yet. 

I have "markets_served" as my primary list. I want to pull that list from the About Us page to the Staff page so I can provide a drop down "market_list" for their location. 

I took screenshots (131, 133) of the 2 methods I tried and all I get on the Staff page is an empty dropdown list. Also included is a screenshot of how I set it up on the About Us page (130) .. but that's pretty basic so I'm assuming that's not the issue. And lastly... 132 is the end result - an empty dropdown list

Could you please tell me what am I missing?

Hi Tina,

It looks like the issue may be due to trying to pull in a multi value pulldown instead of just a single value pulldown.

Can you send in a Support Request with the CMS Builder details so I can take  a closer look?
