I'm running CMS Builder version 2.51, with the addon Website Membership v1.07.

Can someone explain how I can change the php file (user-login.php) or where in CMS Builder to allow the users to login with their email address and/or their username. So one or the other is required (an email address or username, in conjunction with the user's password). Instead of just a user name, as it's setup up presently.

Thanks Zick.

Hi Zick,

In version 2.10 of the website membership plugin a user can log in with either a username or email by default. The easiest way to get this functionality would be to upgrade your current plugin to the latest version.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Hi Zick,

Sorry, that was a typo. 1.10 is the latest version, you can download it here:

Strange... that's the version I have running, but I couldn't get logged in with an email... only the user name. I'll go back and check my form and compare it to the help docs included with the plugin... maybe I'm missing something that needs to be added. Thanks Greg.
