CSV Import - MySQL Error

Hi there, trying to import a simple Test CSV and getting the following error on every row:

Import Row #1 - MySQL Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'case = DEFAULT , category = DEFAULT' at line 13

Have tried deleting any data which has a comma in it from the csv
