Anyone have a script for creating Table with US States and Candian Provinces

Hi there,
I need to create a table where each record is a US state name or a Canadian province name. Does anyone have a table builder script and schema to save me having to do this manually?
Might be an interesting idea to create a library of common tables like this. I can envision:
Provincial & Federal Canadian Tax Tables
Misc. US states, provinces, district lists
Country lists
Language lists
Currency lists
etc.

Hi,
Although it doesn't have everything you're looking for, we have an internal list of countries and states/provinces that we've used on projects. This should help get you started. I've attached the schema files + the data backup files to populate these sections:
NOTE: Always backup your data and files before attempting to add new schemas or restore backups.
