Feel free to delve in and give it a try, I'm just trying to keep my head above water. I know about the API, It's just a bit much for me at the moment. I've still got a lot to learn about PHP before I plunge into the world of Flash. Let us know if you make any headway/developments.

You can't get much easier than this one:

It loads kinda slow, but it is incredibly easy to implement.

Hi Craig,

Can you tell us how far you've gotten? Have you been able to use the modify homepage plugin (http://www.interactivetools.com/add-ons/detail.php?Modify-Homepage-1028) to change the content on your cmsb homepage? Have you installed your analyitics application?

Hope this helps

Hi Craig,

If you have a url to your piwik dashboard, you can add that to your cmsb homepage using an iframe.

Hope this helps

Hi Craig,

piwik provides you with a stats widget, which is just a block of code that you can copy and paste into your home page.

Hope this helps

This sounds very interesting and I'm considering installing Piwik on future sites developed with CMSB to provide clients with their own analytics pushed into the CMSB home page.

My only hesitation is introducing another application that may have security issues or vulnerabilities that may compromise CMSB or the files on the web hosting. I've done a few searches online for Piwik vulnerabilities and checked Piwik too and haven't come across known security issues for Piwik 1.6.

Has anyone else here in the forum used Piwik 1.6 that can offer up some feedback on it's stability, security and success stories?

Thanks Zick
