Hi einslistir,

If you're hosted at Inforce it seems that they're pretty expensive for what you're (not) getting.

If this is the only site that you're working with, or even if not, you might want to think of switching.

Many of us can give you solid and inexpensive alternative suggestions. $100 per year with 3 free domain registrations, unlimited traffic and excellent support is about average.

That said, you can probably place the files anywhere you want to, as long as the domain points to that folder.

Don't know about the second question.

All in all this might be a good time to switch to a host without these kinds of restrictions. Your Domain is (usually) a separate account owned by you or your client. Even if the hosting company set up that account for you, you can still own the domain if you switch away from the hosting company..

Hi,

Having mbstring is a requirement of CMSB. Your provider should be able to install it for you without much trouble. It may be as simple as them just enabling it for you.

Jerry's right, you don't have to have your website files inside the CMSB folders.
